Data Controller Rights and Obligations
As data controllers, they have the rights and obligations to process personal data per Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to prevent unlawful processing and access of personal data, and to take adequate security measures in line with technical and actual possibilities for the safe processing and storage of personal data.
We undertake to keep Personal Data confidential, take all necessary technical and administrative measures, and show due diligence to ensure confidentiality and security. The protection of Personal Data is an essential issue for our Company. All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. • Special categories of personal data other than health and sexual life data (persons' race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or different beliefs, clothing, association, foundation or union membership, criminal conviction, and security measures).
